Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, How Is It Recognised And How Is It Treated?

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is an illness difficult to diagnose as the symptoms are the same or similar to many other illnesses. It is an extremely debilitating disorder characterised by extreme fatigue, which is not curable with sleep, and mental and physical activities may cause symptoms to worsen. The cause of CFS is still unknown although researchers believe that some of the contributing factors could be viruses, hypotension, immune impairment and hormonal problems.
